Here you will find in-depth information about our team.
Ethan Boucon is 21 years old and has been in the IT Industry for the last few years. He is currently working towards his B.S. degree in Computer Information Technology. Ethan has a few certifications such as CompTIA A+, CompTIA Network+, and several Microsoft Technology Associates certifications. He has always been intrigued with computers since birth and always has a thirst for learning more about them!
Evan McManus is 24 years old and has worked in the IT industry for nearly 6 years as a Client Support Technician. He has an AAS degree in Computer Networking and is CompTIA A+ certified. He has had a passion for computer hardware and gaming for as long as he can remember, even all the way back to the Tonka games on Windows XP!
David Morris is a 18 year old, self-taught developer that enjoys all aspects of IT. He loves managing servers and understanding how everything integrates together. While interning with Snakecraft, David plans on expanding his knowledge of 24/7 servers and maintain our community oriented business.
Our business was started to provide a high-quality service at the best possible price. To us, quality and customer satisfaction should always come first! That is why we implemented a 7-day money-back guarantee. If you don’t like your service when trying us for the first time, you don’t pay for it. Customer support is also vital to us. We monitor our emails, phone, tickets, and Discord server as much as we can during our free time. In addition to this, our servers are reliable with 99.95% uptime, secure with DDoS protection, and fast with 1Gbps fiber optic networking.
Both Ethan and Evan have a long history of playing Minecraft and assisting friends and family through server hosting on a small scale. However, they wanted to go bigger and provide a service for anyone wanting to host their own server. In addition to this, the Minecraft community is thriving with over 131 million active players as of October 2020, and it is still receiving updates. Snakecraft Hosting was created to leave a positive mark on the community and represent something that makes players happy.
